PRESCRIPTION RENEWALS

Dear Patients of Lockview Medical Group, 

Please note that as of May 1, our main platform for prescription renewals will be ePrescribe, as our main source of prescription refill requests. This platform provides a more efficient process, leading to quicker turnaround times and better patient outcomes. Most of the pharmacies in town have adopted this platform, but if your pharmacy hasn't, please ask them to fax the refill request to your doctor.

We do ask for a 2 week notice on all prescription refills to accomodate for any vacations, clarifications between pharmacy and doctor, and any supply and demand shortages.​

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we believe use of the ePrescribe system will ultimately improve timely access to medical care and help us provide quality health care services for our patients.
